Lisa Cawley, Dexter

Lisa Cawley is the Midwest Public Service Portfolio Lead and the Michigan Public Service Account Lead for Accenture. In these roles, she is dedicated to bringing One Accenture to create more effective and equitable outcomes for people across the Midwest.

Cawley is also the Office Managing Director (OMD) for the Michigan office of Accenture. In this role, she works to weave Accenture into the fabric of the communities in which we live, work and play. She is focused on strengthening relationships with clients, acting as a passionate advocate for people, and serving the community. Cawley has spent her career in the public sector.

The theme among all of Cawley’s work is her interest in helping her clients solve difficult problems using creative, pragmatic, and innovative solutions. Cawley is familiar to many in Michigan, having served as the Detroit Corporate Citizenship executive sponsor, and through her board leadership positions with NPOWER, Citizen Detroit, the Capital Area IT Council, and the United Way of Southeast Michigan. Notably, Cawley is the first woman and LGBTQ+ person to hold the OMD role in Detroit. Cawley is passionate about impact investing and, in particular, gender and racial lens investing. She leads the Michigan Invest for Better Cohort and is actively engaged in finding ways to unlock and unleash the power of capital to create a more equitable community.
