21-Day Racial Equity Challenge
21-Day Racial Equity Challenge
The Michigan Women's Commission (MWC) is pleased to invite you to join a 21-Day Racial Equity Challenge, created by and shared in partnership with the Michigan League for Public Policy.
By enrolling in a MWC Cohort below, you agree to receive a daily email from the Commission for 21 consecutive days. Each email will contain at least one virtual tool or resource to guide your learning, as well as other suggested materials for a deeper understanding of that day's topic.
You will also receive an invitation to participate in a facilitated live reflection conversation with your fellow MWC Learning Cohort participants on the seventh, fourteenth and twenty-first days of your cohort. (Exact dates are outlined in the registration form below.)
These reflection conversations will take place online using both the video and call-in options of Microsoft Teams Meetings, and will last no more than 60 minutes (depending on level of engagement). Participation in these conversations is optional, but strongly encouraged.
Each Cohort is limited to 25 participants. If a Cohort has reached capacity by the time you register, you will be placed on a waiting list for future opportunities. MWC will notify you whether you have been accepted into the Cohort or placed on the waiting list. This opportunity is first-come-first-accepted, with no other factors in determining acceptance or wait-listing.
We would like to thank the Michigan League for Public Policy for sharing their 21-Day Racial Equity Challenge resources with the Michigan Women's Commission. If you prefer to take the Challenge on your own (not as part of a MWC cohort), you can learn more about the League's self-guided Challenge.
Sign up below to enroll in the Michigan Women's Commission 21-Day Racial Equity Challenge Learning Cohorts. There is no cost to participate.
