The Judges' Retirement Act, Public Act 234 of 1992, is published in PDF and HTML formats and is maintained by the Michigan Legislature.

The Administrative Board Rules for the Judges’ Retirement System are maintained by the Michigan Office of Administrative Hearings and Rules and codified in the Michigan Administrative Code. 

Contested case hearings are conducted by the Michigan Office of Administrative Hearings (MOAHR) and the MOAHR Hearing Rules (See Part 16).
