13305 Wayne Road was used for printing services since 1970. Three temporary monitoring wells were sampled for PFAS and had exceedances of PFOA at 14 ppt (compared to 8 ppt) and PFOS at 19 ppt (compared to 16 ppt). EGLE received this data as part of a baseline environmental assessment, which allows a potential purchaser to buy property without being liable for existing contamination. Patter and Gates Drains located north of property on opposite side of the freeway are unlikely to be impacted.
