   1. Let the record show that a quorum was not present, therefore, the meeting was adjourned and the city meeting minutes from the August 28, 2023, meeting will be tabled at the October 30, 2023, meeting.
3. Adjournment
   1. Meeting adjourned and items tabled for October 30, 2023.
