1. Call to Order
   1. Madam Deputy Chair, Rachael Eubanks called the meeting to order at 1:25 p.m.
2. Roll Call
   1. Let the record show that six (6) Commission members eligible to vote on matters relating to DPSCD were present. A quorum was present.
3. Approval of proposed Minutes from the FRC’s May 23, 2022, School District Monthly Meeting
   1. Motion made by Commissioner Peterson-Mayberry and supported by Commissioner Barnwell to approve the draft minutes of the Commission’s May 23, 2022, School District Meeting.  The Commission unanimously approved the minutes of the May 23, 2022, meeting as presented.
4. Executive Director’s Report
   1. Patrick Dostine, Executive Director, informed the meeting that in reviewing the monthly financial reports for DPS and DPSCD, for the month ending April 30, 2022, the School District continues to pay its debt obligations, remains in compliance, and there is no reason to consider rescinding the waivers at this time.

6. New Business
   1. Presentation – District Facility Master Plan
      1. Mr. Vidito made the presentation, noting that the plan is seeking to provide a 20-year facilities vision and plan within the constraints of funding; protecting the neighborhood schools and feeder patterns which places students in the best school buildings with a review of the facilities condition index, enrollment, local demographic studies, and school utilization.
      2. In addition, he noted that the district    will continue to maximize the use of the school buildings, improve the overall condition of schools through some new school buildings and renovations on HVAC, roofs, and masonry, while investing in early education to provide feeder patterns into K-12 schools.  He addressed questions from the commissioners.

8. Next Meeting Date
   1. School District Regular Meeting: Monday, July 25, 2022, following the City Meeting, beginning no earlier than 1:05 pm, remotely using Microsoft Teams.
9. Adjournment
   1. Motion made by Commissioner Peterson-Mayberry and supported by Commissioner Rose to adjourn. The Commission approved the motion to adjourn.
   2. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 2:10 p.m.
