Meeting Minutes

1. Call to Order
   1. Chairperson, Cary Vaughn called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
2. Roll Call
   1. Members Present – 7
      1. Cary Vaughn – Department of Treasury
      2. Rodney Taylor – Department of Treasury
      3. Stephen Blann – Rehmann
      4. Michelle Watterworth – Plante Moran
      5. Eric Van Dop – Brickley DeLong
      6. Michael Slater – Livonia, MI, Wayne County
      7. Rana Emmons - PSLZ
3. Review of Prior Meeting Minutes
   1. A motion was made to approve the April 21, 2022 meeting minutes. The April 21, 2022 meeting minutes were approved by the Committee. 7 Ayes and 0 Nays.
4. Old Business
   1. None
5. New Business
   1. Numbered letters
      1. Cary Vaughn went over each numbered letter and the committee decided on if to update or remove each one. Treasury will wait for the committee to review and give their feedback prior to sending it out for public comment.
   2. Chart of accounts revisions
      1. Cary Vaughn gave an update on what was revised. He explained that it will not be a major undertaking but will update fund numbers, etc.
   3. Opioid numbered letter
      1. Cary Vaughn went over the Opioid numbered letter and asked for the committee’s opinion on if changes should be made prior to it being sent out for public comment.
   4. Document search site
      1. Cary Vaughn showed the committee what the document search site looks like and how to navigate through it. He asked the committee what their opinion was on how it works.
