2026 Board of Review Training Schedule

The 2026 Board of Review training is intended to provide individuals who serve as Board of Review members with background information on the purpose of Boards of Review, authorities of Boards of Review, and guidance on specific issues that Boards of Review will be presented with throughout the year.

This training does not qualify for assessing officer or technician continuing education credits.

This three-hour training is approved by the State Tax Commission to meet the Board of Review member training requirements in MCL 211.10g. Sessions are 9:00 am to Noon (Eastern) unless otherwise noted.

FOR VIRTUAL GROUP WATCH TRAININGS: Attendees must follow the STC’s Policy on Virtual Board of Review Training Requirements. When members are attending a group watch, only the host needs to register. Individual members only register individually if they are attending at home on their personal computers. Hosts are responsible for registering themselves for the training. Current Board of Review members are not allowed to host a group watch.
