Will CRA contact me after my Annual Financial Statement (AFS) report is submitted?

An analyst will communicate with the licensee’s designated contact person for the AFS to address any questions or deficiencies identified. Communications from the Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) may be received through the following methods:

  • Accela Citizen Access (ACA), which is the citizen user portal. This email will be received from noreply@accela.com. 
  • A response to an email from CRA-AFS@michigan.gov.  
  • Telephone.
