Operations Support Section
The Operations Support Section assists with answering compliance questions, Metrc related permissions, approval for remediation's, assistance with reconciling inventory for license closures and reviewing adverse reaction reports.

Field Operations - Inspections Section
We provide customer service and ensure licensees remain in compliance with the acts and rules for a successful and safe industry for all. The Regulation Officers, assigned within the Enforcement Division, conduct inspections throughout the state on all licensed businesses. They are supported by an Analyst that evaluates business plans and facility change requests.

Scientific Section
The CRA’s Scientific Section oversees the safety compliance facilities who do the safety and compliance testing on the products sold in Michigan’s legal cannabis market. This oversight includes reviewing the data uploaded into our statewide cannabis tracking system as well as inspecting the licensees that perform this work.

Field Operations - Investigations Section
The Field Operations Investigations Section investigates complaints of non-compliance with the statutes and administrative rules that are filed against licensed marijuana businesses. We also assist in processing reporting of events that are required to be reported under R 420.802 & R 420.804.
