How should I submit my Annual Financial Statement (AFS) report?

The AFS report and supporting documentation must be uploaded to the licensee’s AFS record in Accela Citizens Access Portal (ACA). Licensees will no longer email the AFS inbox to submit their AFS report. A resource for how to submit an Annual Financial Statement can be found here.
