Is the Annual Financial Statement (AFS) report required to cover medical licenses, adult use licenses, or both?

Medical facility licenses and adult-use establishments have the same AFS reporting requirements. The AFS reports for Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23) and newer is a combined report for all medical facility licenses and adult-use establishment licenses.
