Can I submit an incomplete prequalification application?

If an incomplete prequalification application is submitted, the background investigation process cannot begin until all required information is provided. The background investigation process does take up to 30 business days to be completed. It is recommended that applicants submit a complete application.

The CRA will issue a notice of deficiency citing the incomplete information and provide a timeframe of 5-business days to provide the information.
