Is the Annual Financial Statement (AFS) report required to cover medical licenses, adult use licenses, or both?
Medical facility licenses and adult-use establishment licenses have separate AFS reporting requirements. The medical AFS report for Fiscal Year 2020 (FY20) is for medical facility licenses only. Adult-use establishment licenses should be excluded from the report for FY20.
The AFS requirements for adult-use establishments are announced by bulletin. The current bulletin for FY21 can be found here.
