What is the Annual Financial Statement (AFS) reporting period?

The reporting period is the period of time for which the licensee must report certain financial information for purposes of the current fiscal year AFS report. The reporting period and requirements for the current fiscal year is released by bulletin each year by May 1. The AFS report must cover all medical licenses held by the licensee at any time during the reporting period.
