There are three different types of fees associated with adult-use marijuana establishment licenses: the application fee, initial licensure fee, and the renewal fee.
APPLICATION FEES
There is a nonrefundable $3,000 application fee for prequalification.
INITIAL LICENSURE FEES
Upon approval for licensure, an initial licensure fee will be assessed. The initial licensure fee varies by license type (see table below for current fees).

After a year, the license must be renewed if the licensee wishes to continue operating. The renewal fees vary by license type (see table below for current fees).
