Is the Annual Financial Statement (AFS) report required to cover medical licenses, adult use licenses, or both?
Medical facility licenses and adult-use establishments have separate AFS reporting requirements. The adult-use AFS report for Fiscal Year 2021 (FY21) is for adult-use establishment licenses only. Medical facility licenses should be excluded from the report for FY21.
The AFS requirements for medical facility licenses are announced by bulletin. The current bulletin for FY20 can be found here. The FY21 requirements for medical facility licenses will be released in the spring of 2021.
