What if I do not submit my Annual Financial Statement (AFS) report by the deadline?

Licensees are required to submit the AFS report by the deadline. Licensees that file a late report will be forwarded to the Enforcement Division for possible disciplinary action. Licensees filing a late report are strongly encouraged to file the report as soon as possible to mitigate any disciplinary action.
