No, not at this time. However, the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act (MRTMA) states that after January 1, 2023, the Cannabis Regulatory Agency may promulgate a rule authorizing an individual to hold an ownership interest in more than one marihuana microbusiness.
