MPSC's Customer Assistance Division
MPSC's Customer Assistance division is available to assist with your utility inquiry or complaint. Please look over available online resources as they may help answer many of your questions. Complaints and inquiries can also be submitted online, 24 hours a day. Inquiries and complaints are also taken Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. (excluding State holidays) by calling: 800-292-9555 or 517-284-8100.
