Public Health and Safety Advisory Voluntary Product Recall Fawn River Cultivation Company LLC

9/18/26 – In the interest of public health and safety, Fawn River Cultivation Company LLC (AU P 000460), in coordination with the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA), is voluntarily recalling the Hash Melts (Green Crack 1G Live Rosin Dab) products that were produced on June 16, 2026.

The products are being recalled because testing indicates that the product contains a banned chemical.

Fawn River Cultivation Company LLC has received no reports of adverse health effects or other adverse events associated with the recalled products as of the date of this notice. Fawn River Cultivation Company LLC has identified the sales locations that received this product and is working with those stores to retrieve and dispose of any recalled product remaining in inventory. Sales locations will post this notification advising consumers to return the product to the location where it was purchased or to dispose of it.

Consumers with a recalled product should return it to the sales location where it was purchased or dispose of it safely. Consumers who have experienced adverse reactions after using this product should report their symptoms and product use to their healthcare providers. Consumers are encouraged to also report any adverse reactions to a marijuana product to the CRA via the Adverse Reaction Form or by phone at 517-284-8599.

A licensee who becomes aware of any adverse reactions to a marijuana product must notify the CRA and enter the information into Metrc within one business day.

Licensee display requirement: This notification must be posted and be visible at the sales locations for 30 days.
