Digital Wall Certificate
Licensees are now able to print their initial and renewal wall certificates (license(s)) through the Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) Accela Citizen Portal at any time after the application process has been completed (this includes payment for the license(s)).
Licensee, if desired, may also request to have their license(s) printed by the CRA and mailed.
Licensees that need minor changes to the physical address (suite number, street type, directional indicator, etc.) will need to submit an Address Update Request form before the license can be printed.
Licensees that wish for the CRA to print and mail the wall certificate may use the fillable form by following the link below.
Please note that licenses will be mailed to the mailing address on file for the entity. If the mailing address for the entity needs to be updated, please submit a Demographic Amendment Form.
