Where do I find my FCR record number?

1. Log into the Online Accela Portal.

2. Once logged in, select Complaints & License Maintenance.

3. Scroll down and your Records will appear.

If you do not see the FCR record number, it means you are not a contact on the FCR record or the wrong user account is being used. To be added as a contact for a particular licensee, you must file an Authorization of Additional Contact Person, and send it to CRA-Amendments@michigan.gov
