Yes, your picture will be printed on your registry card if you apply online or with one of our newest paper forms along with your Michigan driver’s license or personal identification card. We received these pictures from the Michigan Department of State. We do not allow you to submit your own picture. A Michigan Medical Marijuana Registry Card without a photo is still valid if it is not expired.
