Is there a limit on how many times an entity can change ownership?
There is currently no rule or limit on the number of ownership changes that can be filed within any set time frame.
You can only file one ownership change at a time, meaning if you have a current open request, you will not be able to file to add or remove additional entities/individuals until your pending request is resolved.
It is encouraged when filing your amendment request to make it as complete as possible, as processing times may differ based on the type of change being proposed. Amendment requests are processed in the order in which they are received.
