Can I submit my Step 2 application at the same time as Step 1?

The adult-use program has a 90-day statutory timeframe to make a license determination and issue a license or denial. For this reason, it is not recommended that an applicant submit a Step 2 establishment license application unless the establishment is fully built and ready to pass inspection within 60 days of the date the Step 2 application is submitted.
