Over 800 professionals have completed the MIC Asset Management Champions Program, helping communities across Michigan strengthen asset management practices, improve infrastructure planning, and build organizational capacity.
This session will begin with a brief overview of the program's evolution and collective impact, highlighting key trends, successes, and insights from multiple cohorts.
The presentation will then feature program graduates from communities across the state, who will share how they have applied learnings within their organizations. Through real-world examples, panelists will discuss successes, challenges, and practical approaches for advancing asset management initiatives.
