DiPonio Room - VT500A-DPanel Discussion featuring Ryan Laruwe, Tiffany Sanders, Bob Goodwin, Rob Carson, Jerald Wuorenmaa, & Erin Kuhn
The Michigan Infrastructure Council’s Regional Infrastructure Coordination Hubs (RICH) pilot kicked off in 2025 in collaboration with seven agencies from the Michigan Association of Regions. These Regional Infrastructure Coordination Hubs are building off the work they already do helping collect and map transportation data by expanding this framework to include other infrastructure systems—helping local leaders better collaborate, plan, and deliver integrated infrastructure projects that support Michigan’s long-term resilience.
Insights from this pilot will guide legislative advocacy for future Asset Management funding streams and help expand services that support a more coordinated, sustainable infrastructure future for all Michigan communities. Hear from some of the regions participating in the pilot on a discussion panel sharing their progress, road bumps, and future plans.
