On May 19, 2020 in Case No. U-20732, the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) issued an order setting the ruleset ORR# 2019-124, Responsibilities of Providers of Basic Local Exchange Service that Cease to Provide the Service, for a public hearing at 9:00 a.m. on July 14, 2020, at the MPSC offices in Lansing, MI. Due to Executive Orders 2020-115, 2020-127, and 2020-132, and to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 by practicing social-distancing measures, this public hearing will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams in lieu of the in-person hearing.
