The Commission charge assigned to the Outreach and Education Subcommittee is to establish regular mechanisms for stakeholders to provide input on improving communication and materials and broaden its outreach to groups traditionally not a part of utility communications. In addition, the Commission directed Staff to work with stakeholders to improve the dissemination of energy assistance information too difficult to reach customers.
