On October 5, 2018, the Commission issued orders in Case No. U-18351 and U-18352 directing Commission Staff to engage with stakeholders to examine the potential opportunities and barriers to third-party community energy projects that could be integrated into utility planning and procurement processes. Throughout 2019 four stakeholder meetings were held to educate stakeholders and to obtain the potential barriers and opportunities asked for by the Commission. The final report is posted below.
