Michigan Office of Retirement Services sent this bulletin at 10/06/2022 10:02 AM EDT
Due to a recent system update, the beginning balance of a recent DB Pay Cycle statement generated on or after Oct. 4th may not match the ending balance of the previous statement, charging more in contributions than what is due. Any statements generated since the one with the error would also show incorrect balances.
We are aware of the issue and we’re working to resolve it. We will let you know once it’s corrected. Any late fees or interest assessed due to this error will be refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
Note: The overnight batch process generating your employer statement did not run overnight, Oct. 5th. Please log in and review your statement on Oct. 7th after batch processing is completed.
