Qualified Bonds Issued in 2025
Based on the appendix, 98 qualified bond issues were reported during 2025 with a total bond amount of approximately $2,246,875,000. Bond issuances included a mix of refunding (R), new money (S) and combination (C) bond types. The largest issuances were concentrated among larger school districts, with several individual bond issues exceeding $100 million. Most issuances occurred under the new money (S) bond category, representing the majority of the transactions listed in the appendix.
