Last night (Feb. 21, 2023), the Michigan Office of Retirement Services (ORS) system's overnight batch processing didn't finish. Changes to detail records made yesterday (Feb. 21, 2023) may not show today; accepted reports haven't posted. The normal batch processing will occur tonight and by Thursday morning (Feb. 23, 2023) changes made to records and reports in accepted status submitted on Wednesday (today) will process. You may work on records and reports as usual today.
We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve issues and apologize for any inconvenience. ORS will continue to keep you updated until the batch process runs normally. We'll correct any fees that were assessed due to batch processing errors and notify you. If you have any questions, please contact ORS_Web_Reporting@Michigan.gov.
