Based on the Michigan Supreme Court’s June 2, 2023, order, the Normal Salary Increase (NSI) schedules described below will no longer be used after fiscal year 2020.
The schedule determines the amount of compensation that is reportable when any employee reported with Employment Class Code 1110 – Superintendent, Class Code 1120 – Assistant Superintendent, or Class Code 1130 – Administrative Assistant receive annual salary increases. Any compensation in excess of the normal salary increase (NSI) schedule is not reportable.
