  1. The meeting was called to order at 1:01pm
  2. Changes or Additions to the Agenda.
    1. None.
  3. Consent Agenda.
    1. E. Mullen made a motion to approve items on the consent agenda and B. McEntee seconded the motion.
    2. The motion was approved by all members present.
  4. Transportation Asset Management Plans (TAMP) Request for Approval.
    1. M. Worden made a motion to approve the list of Local Agency TAMPS for approval, E. Mullen seconded the motion.
    2. The motion was approved by all members present.
  5. TAMP Webinar Summary and Findings.
    1. S. Plumer provided a summary of the “Revisiting TAMP Requirements” webinar held of January 20, 2026.
  6. Integrated Infrastructure Conference Update.
    1. TAMC and MIC staff provided an update on the conference planning efforts indicating the call for presentations is currently open, and Conference Registration would open in April. The Conference Planning team is looking for a head count of Council Members that will be attending.
  7. Annual Report Update and TAMC Meeting Schedule.
    1. S. Plumer provided an update on the status of the 2025 Roads & Bridges Annual report and requested the TAMC to reschedule their next meeting to allow additional time to complete the draft. The TAMC meeting will be held on April 15, 2026.
  8. Presentation on 2025 Pavement Surface Evaluation & Rating (PASER).
    1. E. Costa presented findings on 2025 PASER data.
  9. Presentation on MM2050.
    1. B. Sharlow presented on MDOT’s MM2050 plan.
  10. Committee and Partner Updates.
    1. TAMC Support Staff, Partners, and Committees provided updates to the TAMC.
  11. Adjournment.
    1. The meeting was adjourned at 2:38 pm.
