New law changes rules for working after retirement

Public Act 147 of 2023 (PDF, 134 KB) was signed into law by the governor on Oct. 10, 2023, and went into immediate effect. Michigan Office of Retirement Services is currently evaluating the new law and its potential impact on reporting units.
