We invite you to take a few minutes to share your views with us by completing a survey regarding the useability of the current reporting website (Employer Self-Service or ESS). Please complete this survey by 11:59 p.m. Oct. 2.
The Michigan Office of Retirement Services (ORS) is modernizing its retirement reporting and service platforms. As part of this work, we are using a human-centered design (HCD) approach. This means we are designing the new system with the people who use it every day.
Our goal is simple. We want to understand how the current tools work for you. We also want to find areas that make your work harder. Your feedback will help us create a modern system that is easy to use.
We are also creating an ongoing HCD research and design cohort. Members will work with our project team during future development. They may review prototypes, share feedback, and take part in usability testing.
What to expect: You will answer a few questions about yourself. Then, you will complete a short, standard evaluation of your current Employee Self-Service (ESS) experience. Your honest ratings will give us a starting point. They will also help guide the design of the new Atlas system.
At the end of the survey, you can choose to join our research cohort. Participants will have opportunities to test new features and provide feedback before they launch.
Time to complete: About 5 to 7 minutes.
