Since 2012, the Fostering Futures Scholarship Trust fund has hosted annual events to raise funds to provide scholarships to young adults who have experienced foster care who are enrolled at Michigan degree granting colleges and universities. Awards are paid to the students' college or university to assist with tuition, fees, room, board, books and supplies. All funds raised through sponsorships, raffles and donations are awarded as scholarships the year the funds are raised.
The Fostering Futures Scholarship Trust Fund is a Sec. 170(c) non-profit organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Tax I.D #38-6000134.
