See the MET Refund Value Worksheet to calculate the refund value of your MET to complete your FAFSA form. If MET was purchased by anyone other than a parent, you are not required to disclose MET on the FAFSA form.

Gifting

MET's Pay-As-You-Go plans make giving the gift of education easy. Anyone can gift contributions into your loved one's MET. Gifting is a great way for friends and family to help your child achieve their educational goals.
