The MPDI collects data that offer a historical record of finance and instruction. This provides essential information for a variety of purposes by management, Board of Trustees, the Michigan Legislature, granting agencies, funding agencies and representatives, and the public.
Responsibilities associated with collecting and maintaining the previous Activities Classification Structure data were transferred from the Workforce Development Agency to CEPI per Public Act 108 of 2017, Sec. 217.
