Camp Administrative Rules Ad-hoc Committee

The Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MILEAP), Office of Education Partnerships is establishing an ad-hoc committee, as required under PA 116 of 1973 [MCL 722.112(5], to conduct a major review of the Licensing Rules for Children’s and Adult Foster Care Camps (R400.11101-R400.11413). 

The ad-hoc committee will consist of not less than 12 members and include representatives from the following groups and agencies:

  • Department of Health and Human Services
  • Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs: Adult Foster Care Division
  • Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs: Bureau of Fire Services
  • State Fire Board
  • Michigan Department of Education
  • Representatives of organizations affected by this Act
  • Parents of children affected by this Act
