The MiSSG portal is a secure online platform that enables institutions to manage all aspects of state financial aid programs. Through MiSSG, authorized administrators can:

  • Access Student Records: View and verify student eligibility for Michigan scholarships and grants.
  • Certify Awards: Confirm enrollment and certify awards for programs.
  • Manage Institutional Data: Update contact information, user roles, and institutional details.
  • Monitor Program Activity: Track award status, payment schedules, and reporting requirements.
  • Submit and Review Requests: Handle corrections, appeals, and special program requests.
  • Download Reports: Generate and export data for compliance and internal reporting.

MiSSG and FAFSAs MiSSG is loading 2025-26 and 2026-27 FAFSAs. Use the 'Reports' feature in MiSSG to view a listing of your eligible students and to assist students who may need additional support.
