Reference (MPSC and FERC regulatory actions)
Ref A | Kalkaska 13/35 was certificated by MPSC in docket number U-15254 by order dated August 21, 2007, with an expected in service date of April 2008. The connecting pipeline was certificated by MPSC in docket number U-15291 by order dated September 25, 2007. |
Ref B | Mid Michigan Gas Storage Company purchased the Norwich, Orient, Coldwater, Croton, and N. Hamilton storage fields from affiliate ANR Pipeline Company in December 1998. Sale approved by FERC order dated October 23, 1998 in docket number CP98-547-000. Norwich and Croton are abandoned. N. Hamilton, Orient, and Coldwater are being depleted for base gas and readied for abandonment. No rates are on file. FERC order dated August 9, 2004 in docket number CP04-79 authorized the sale of the Capac field to be depleted and readied for abandonment. |
