Payment processors and web administrators at all reporting units received an email regarding ACH bank information and payments on July 1. Some received a second-notice email on July 15. These emails are legitimate and came from our office.
All emails we send show either ORS@public.govdelivery.com or ors-outreach@michigan.gov in the From address field. You may need to hover your mouse over the From field to see this address. The exact appearance will vary depending on your email system, but here are examples of an email header and an inbox list item:
