JOB SUMMARY:
MCOLES (or state equivalent) certified officers can earn up to $38/hour and receive 126 hours of vacation time depending on experience.
Under the supervision of a command officer, performs general duty police work in the protection of life and property throughout the county. Maintains law and order, prevents crime, dels with complaints, and renders roadside assistance to the public as a uniformed officer. This is a full-time, benefited position working at various locations throughout Ottawa County.
