14.04.03: Basic edits run for DTL2 records

Rule

Description

BAD FORMAT a record if the following fields are not numeric: SSN, Begin Date, End Date, Retirement Hours, Employer Reported Wages, Exception Wages, Member contributions, Employer Contributions, Pay rate, Contract Begin Date, Contract End Date, and Frequency of Pay.

BAD FORMAT a record with record begin and end dates before January 1, 1900, or after December 31, 2999.

BAD FORMAT a record with record begin and end dates that are not valid.

SUSPEND a record if the reported Class Code is not a valid Class Code.

SUSPEND a record if the following fields are not reported: SSN, Begin Date, End Date, and Wage Code.

BAD FORMAT a record if the following fields are not reported (blank) or are reported less than zero: Reported Wages Amount, Employee Contribution, Employer Contribution, Pay Rate, Class Code, Begin Date, and End Date.

SUSPEND a record if the record's Begin Date is after the record's End Date.

SUSPEND a record if the reported Wage Code is not a valid wage code.

SUSPEND a record with wage code equal to 04 (retroactive wages) or 45 (positive adjustment to retroactive wages) if the record's End Date is not before the report header's Begin Date.

BAD FORMAT a record if a SSN is reported with all zeros or all nines.

SUSPEND a record if the pay rate is greater than 300,000.00.
