Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards Adopts Four Advisory In-Service Training Standards

September 26, 2013  ~ The Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards approved and adopted four new advisory in-service training standards at the September 18, 2013, Commission meeting in Gaylord, Michigan. The standards have been posted on the MCOLES Web site under the Standards and Training Menu, In-Service Training Resources. The advisory in-service training standards cover the following topics:  Officer Safety with Officer Safety Self Assessment, Legal Update, Subject Control, and Emergency Vehicle Operations.
