Sale Of Marquette General Hospital To Duke LifePoint
In March 2012, Marquette General Hospital announced a proposed sale to Duke LifePoint. The Attorney General began reviewing the proposed sale. On August 29, 2012, the Attorney General completed his review and approved the sale.
