Transaction Update: On August 3, 2015, Metro Health and CHS terminated the proposed joint venture.
In September 2013, Metro Health in Wyoming, Michigan announced a proposed joint venture with Community Health Systems (CHS). The Attorney General is reviewing this transaction.
